Form submission

Customers are having problems paying on my form they say when they try to check out

with their credit card it keeps saying "waiting" and the payment does not go through

Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:
