We have setup one form, as an iframe on 2 of our sites, how can we make it clear for the email recipient of the inquiry form which website the submission has come from. currently the emails reach us and look the same so there is not identifier.

You can easily detect the source of the submission by using the widget called "Get Form Page URL". Please, add this one to your form, then you need to add it to your "Notification" email template.
