I need the account cancelled today to avoid billed again next month

    I see that you have cancelled your subscription and your account is scheduled to downgrade, it will take effect on March 3rd, 2016.

    Your account will be back to free on that date, please clarify us if you would like to stay using your account as free or if you would like to delete your account.

    We will wait for your response.

    No, I need this cancelled today, I do not want to be billed for March
