Hi, how do I send out my questionnaire without having all email addresses showing?

The emails should not be shown on your form if you have added some into your email templates or into the email related conditions.

If you have the emails added into the fields, we would need to see the form to know what exactly is shown and what could be done about the same.

As such please do let us know what is the form as well as what to look for on the same and we would be happy to assist with the same.

    Ben,
After I published my form (questionnaire) I clicked on SHARE - this took me to a page to enter the email addresses of the clients I wanted to share the questionnaire with. I included my name and email to see how the email would appear to others and saw that in the TO field - all of the email recipients are visible. How do I not have that happen again without sending the form out to each person one by one?
    Thank you!

    Hello Bonnie,

Please be noted that any email address you add in email To field, it will always display all the emails addresses to recipients.

Unfortunately we do not have BCc feature in the share form wizard. You will have to send it to each person one by one. Alternatively, you can use your own email client (like gmail / outlook) to share the form. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
