We did an upgrade last week. And again today. Will the counter reset tomorrow or do we have to wait additional time?

The counter for the submission will reset every first day of the month. So since it is currently march 1 as of this writing, your submission counter should reset to 0. I checked your account and I can confirm that the submissions counter is currently at 1 which would suggest that you received 1 submission today.
