    I Have just renewed my account. Has my account been amended.

    As far as I can tell, your payment did not go through and you are still scheduled to be downgraded on March 8th.  If you would like, we can set your account back to a Free one now.  This would allow you to create a new subscription immediately.  You can also see if you can reactivate your current one from the billing section of your account:
