When trying to forward or reply to a file submission, the following error message is displayed: "Oops...Reached your limits" (screen shot attached)
When checking our site activity, we have only received 37 file submissions in the month of February. Is there a step we need to take to remove this error and restore functionality?

There is a limit on the numbers of times you can forward an email, that's 20 per hour on Free accounts. Please try later. Let us know if you need more help.
