Hello, I set up integration with google sheets for one form and it did not update with the last entry. How can we fix this?

Please try first the re-integration process. That is:

#1 Removed the existing Google spreadsheet

    #2 Save the form

#3 Redo the integration to Google Spreadsheet

    #4 Save the form.

Now view your Google Docs spreadsheet and check if all the existing submission data of the forms were now fully copied.

Let us know if issue persist.

    Thanks.

I can do that, but the sheet is currently viewable by quite a few people in my organization. In addition, I've added different columns and rows.

Will the integration stop working if I make these changes again? I can't delete and re-invite folks to the sheet every time integration stops working.

This could be causing the issue.

Unfortunately, you cannot modify the integrated Submission spreadsheet. The changes you did on the Submission sheet must have broken the connection/integration which causes the submission to be not updating the sheet anymore.

Will the integration stop working if I make these changes again?

You meant you will modify the Submission sheet after you have redo the integration right? The answer is Yes -- the integration will be broken again.

If you want to apply customization the Submission sheet being used by the google integration, you need to make a copy of the  Submission sheet instead and do your customization outside the sheet being used by the integration. The Google spreadsheet have feature to import sheet to another sheet. You can work on the copied sheet instead.

Hope this help. Please let us know if you need further assistance on this.
