Thank You Page - is it possible to position in relation to form?Asked by JeffreySmith on March 02, 2016 at 09:08 AM
My form is long, and when user selects submit and goes to thank you page, the view is at the bottom of form, which is basically blank. It is not until they scroll up, then can see the thank you message. Is there any way to have view go to top of thank you page?
Can you re-embed your form with IFrame method as you see below?<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="self.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/60605677386162" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>At that time, it will work as expected. We would appreciate it if you could test it on your side and let us know the result.I look forward to hearing from you soon.
