I have tested a few of my forms and don't seem to be receiving the emails

This is because your email address is in our bounce list, the reason is below:554 5.7.1 The message from (<email@example.com>) with the subject of (New submission: Portrait Client Session Booking Form) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending.

If you suddenly stop receiving email notifications you may check and if you find your email in the bounce list you may remove it by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.
