Conditions Wizard is missing. A different conditions screen appears with no settings available: I cannot change populate from numbers to text.

    Conditions Wizard is missing. A different conditions screen appears with no settings available: I cannot change populate from numbers to text.

    The Text box "Title of Artwork" will not populate "Title of work" field.  Only enters a zero. Only numbers populate.  Conditions Wizard with settings is missing.

    It is working just fine on that form as of checking. I can also view its conditions.
