    Hi,

I am having a problem with using a jot form in the latest version of Adobe Muse, which allows for responsive design. The form will appear on the largest break point but disappears on the smaller break points. Have a look at this to see what I mean, resize your browser window to see the form disappear. http://tinyurl.com/j2qry2w

    Hello dyrck,

I would suggest you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code in Adobe Muse and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

I am trying to visit the URL http://tinyurl.com/j2qry2w , but it seems your website is down. So would you be able to please check it.

In order to send an email to each person who submits the form, you need to create an Autoresponder alert.

To do this please refer to our guide on how to create auto responders in Jotform.

If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to post them in the forum.

    Thanks
