Volunteer Form with limits depending on the shifts available

    Hello,

I will be sending a communication out to a large group of people to gather volunteers for an event. So the volunteer form I'd like to create will be a way to sign up for a shift that is available. My question is, let's say I have 5 shifts available. If susy goes in and selects shift #1, when billy goes into the form after, can the 'shift available' field only show 4 of the 5 shifts as a result of the first shift being taken by susy?

    Thank you

    Toi

You will be able to achieve that when you add any of these inventory widgets to your form. This reduces the defined quantity number whenever someone picks and submit the form.

    For single quantity selection, http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry

If you want users to pick more than 1 quantity, use this widget http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/quantity_gift_registry

    Hope this helps!
