When one of my forms comes in it says undefined and that's it. I've not seen that before so I'm not sure what to fix. Can you guide me please. Thanks Debbie Naugle

I checked the email log for the email addresses that you are using in your form and I see that they were sent properly, the submitted data is there, please check the log for your addresses following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.
If the issue still continues, you may try re-doing the email notification, it will take the fields again, once you do that try to make some tests, let us know the results here.
