I have cancelled my subscription and yet you are still charging my paypal account

    First of all:

     

    are you FREAKING kidding me???

     

    There is no way for me to cancel my subscription?

     

    I just hit the cancel subscription button and you're supposed to manually cancel it?

     

    It's been months that I have issued a cancellation request, and yet you are STILL charging me $19 per month.

     

    Please resolve this IMMEDIATELY.

     

    Get back to me ASAP.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your account, I found that you successfully cancelled your subscription earlier today. You will not be billed again. I have also sent a request to our backend team to process the refund of the last subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
