How to delete image slider from form?

Are you trying to delete that widget on this form (http://www.jotform.me/form/60648495195468)?

On your form, you just need to go to the widget field and then click it when the cursor became "move" cursor. After that, the red X button will appear and you can click it to delete it. Here's a GIF animation:
