How to remove the theme applied on form?

Is it possibel to reset my user account.

It is not possible to make any Forms without totally mess them. It like Woodoo.  Every time when i switch to the Designer the form gets  messed up. The fact is. JotForm cost me a lot of money. Timewasting by a corrupt Software.

I think there is something stored in my accont that does not work.

Or is it possible to delete the used Themes to get a clean start. I want to try the Edits only by manual css.

Okay so if I understand your issue correctly, you are having trouble with the theme you have applied to your form.

One way to solve this problem is to apply default (Nova) theme to your form. Please apply the following theme in your form:  http://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/default-theme 

Alternatively you can also take advantage of our "Revision History" feature to revert back your form to a version with no theme or default theme applied. The following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
