Why does my PDF report look completely different to my template?

Hi,

I really need some help.

I have created the PDF template, but when I run the PDF report, it looks completely different with the fields all in the wrong place - how do I amend this?

Please note that PDF report will not look exactly the same as your form. 

If all of your fields are in wrong place, I would suggest you to reset your PDF designer to see if that will resolve your issue. To do that inside of your submission page click on Get PDF option and select Customize PDF. Then inside of PDF designer click on Reset option. 

If this dose not help, please provide us ID of your form and if possible a screenshot of your PDF report.
