If I understood you correctly you want to have tabs inside of your form. You can achieve that by adding Form Tabs widget to your form. Inside of this guide you can find how to add widget to your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

If I did not understood your question correctly, please explain in more details what you are trying to achieve.

I have an existing form End1.  Can I make a copy END2 (ie. ctrl c, ctrl v) and then turn it into a tabbed form? Just moving my boxes around from the first page to the different tabs? Or do I have to create new Heading, full name, etc.... entire new form.

To make a copy of your original form, please follow this guide: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

Once you have cloned the form, you can now add the Form Tabs widget to the clone. To do so, simply follow this guide: How to Add a Widget to your Form

Here's a demo so you can see the form tabs in action: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50250877085963
