Can forms be saved in progress for a user to come back to?

    Hi there,

I'm looking at using your product for an extensive project intake form. A must-have is for a user to be able to save their progress/data entry, and come back to it later to finish it--even if a couple of days later.

Is this something JotForm can do, and if so, how?

    Thanks,

    Elise

It is possible to save the information filled in the forms so that the user can come back to submit the form by enabling Auto-fill feature from the Form Preferences.

Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

Please be noted that the information will be stored in the browser storage and can be retrieved only when the form is accessed again on the same browser from the same PC. If the browser cache is cleared, the data saved on the browser will be lost.

If you want to access the saved information on the form from a different PC or browser, you may take a look at the session method provided in the guide below:

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
