How did I get a submit on this form?

    I'm retiring this form so I have hidden all my fields and simply show the new form url. Please explain HOW I got a submission on this form today with all the fields populated!

    I checked the submissions and I was indeed able to see that a submission was made on March 9, 2016. The user that made the submission might be using an automated script to make their submissions to your form which was able to bypass the hidden fields. To prevent any further submissions from being made, I recommend you to disable the form.

    To disable the form, please follow this guide: How to Enable/Disable a Form
    Then once you have disabled the form, you can add a warning message that advises the user to follow the new link:

    Click Preferences > Form Limits > Warning Message
