    HI

Integration with zoho CRM I have set up on Corp china more info full

But for some reason when integrated the DATE AND TIME does not seem to work

So it a client fills in the form , the zoho CRM can not seem to know the order as in last client first

I have tried adding a date and time in the form ( hidden) but still no luck

How can Jot form be set up that it integrates DATE and TIME  with zoho CRM

    Thank You

I'm checking your form and cloned it in my end, I see that the hidden data time field does not have any default value? May I know if you are filling it out? I presume not because it is hidden? If you want to get the default date and time, simply set the "Default Date" and "Default Time" to current.

I also strongly suggest that you set the "Clear on Hidden Fields" to "Don't Clear".

You can also try mapping the datetime field from JotForm to a simple text box in Zoho CRM, if it populates on that field, then there's a possibility that the "Date Time" field of Zoho CRM is not compatible with ours, and it might have a different functionality. I see a documentation about it in these links:

    https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/script/built-in-functions/built-in-function-date.html

    https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/fields/configuring-a-date-time-field.html

It looks like it has a built in function of its own, it would be best to also contact Zoho CRM support team and ask if their date time field actually accepts string values.

I hope that helps. We'll wait for your response.
