How to Block Repeated Submissions?

I want repetition removal.

Twice I don`t want to submission.

Is there a way?

Yes, there is a way to overcome repeated submissions. By enabling the "Unique Submission" option, you can easily restrict those submissions to come. There are two levels on this feature, so if you choose "Loose Check", it controls the cookie and not allowed to submit twice if the user has submitted on the same browser before. However, if you choose the "Strict Check", it checks the IP and restricts second submissions from the same IP address.

I found out prohibiting repeat submition using "loose check" 
But, is there any method to reset or delete the history of cookie by administrator?
because we use jotform to open several event to our customers. so we need to reset the cookie for another event.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to clear cookie of customer's browser but that should not create any problem for you. Please be noted that "Loose Check" featured is enabled per form and user should be able to submit any other form without any problem.

Example:

If you have two forms "Form A" & "Form B" and in both the forms, you have set "Unique Submission" to be "Loose check", users will be able to submit both the forms. Only second submission on each form will be restricted.
