Why do I got different result in autoreply's From field?

    This is what I adjusted:

    ...and this is what I get. Only "PPKE".

    How can I get the whole name in From field? Thank you.

    Could be your email client that format it that way preventing other text to display? The content shows the full sender name as I can see in your screenshot so it was not a problem with JotForm at all. If it is, then both should appear cut off.
