How do i get emails to go to different addressses?

    I have set some conditions with "change email recipient" but the emails are going to both address. when fields "Name Ticket" (fri 1 - fri & sat 5) are not filled I want the email to go to jotformblank@iinet.net.au and when the field is filled to go to the email address entered in the submission.

     

    What am I doing wrong?

    You need to re-calibrate your conditions, upon checking your first conditions, I see it is a total discrepancy:

    In the first part, it is basically stated "if the field called 'Name ticket 4 Fri & Sat' is filled and(all) empty"... can a field be filled and empty a the same time? You might use "or" instead of "all".

    Also, in the second part, you are sending it to both, the email address entered through the form, and the email address you have specified. Why do you want to trigger that Autoresponder if the field for it is empty?

    Anyways, if you want to work with that logic, then you might split that condition into two conditions, like this:
