Could you please give me more information about your problem, so I can be able to answer to your question.

Yes. Thank you. When I look at submissions to our applications I see 'incomplete submissions'. When I go into them I have the option to 'complete payment.' I believe this pulls the form through but does it also charge the applicant's credit card? I need to know as i don't want to complete the applications if we will be forfeiting payment.

    Thank you.

No, clicking on the Complete Payment button will not automatically charge the applicant. It will simply move the submission to your completed submissions, and send out any email notifications or trigger any other integrations you may have set up on your form.

Please take a look at the following guide:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ

If you want to make sure that a submission is automatically moved into your completed submissions when a payment is made, please make sure that the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) setting is enabled in your PayPal account:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal

When IPN is enabled, PayPal will notify us that a payment has been processed and JotForm will mark your submission as completed. Please let us know if you need any further clarifications or assistance.
