Apologies for the inconvenience that this might have caused you.

Your forms were disabled because they are in a different language, but they are now active. I would suggest that you make it in English and use the Language Translator to have a version of the form in the language you want.

Why is this? We got a tool called Phishing Detector which allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc. However this tool is not updated to scan Arabic, French and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended. You will need to have your form in English and use the language translator to have it in Arabic. Here's a guide on how to make your form multilingual: http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-translate-your-forms-to-different-languages

    Thank you for your understanding.

Last year, we made the main language of our form is English and used the language translator to translate it in Arabic but faced some difficulties which made us decide to make the form in Arabic and use the translator to translate it to English ..

    - in printing the forms in Arabic which is most needed

    - using and printing form analytic in arabic

so we hope that is ok with your website

I have unsuspended your account again and whitelisted your form. You should be able to login by now.

Pertaining to your other questions, I believe those are fine. You should be able to print your form and submissions without any problem. If your forms are in Arabic, it should have the same language on the print preview or on the PDF if you prefer to print it on a PDF file.

Should you have any other questions, feel free to open a new thread.
