    Do you have a screenshot of the error message? But I think you have activated the unique question limit causing you to receive the error when you submitted the same information for the selected field. I just checked it and you have set it to no check already. Let us know if are you still getting the error.

    I was assigned to a thread with the same issue. It appears that the autofill (save and continue) is causing this, but our developers have fixed this already. Let us know if you are still experiencing this in your form so we can check again. I can't test it because it requires me to send a payment.
