All fileds disappeared from my form except headings and text

I have just had to revert to a 3 day old version of my form becasue all the questions disappeared from my form after making a tiny change to a piece of text about an hour ago. I did not remove anything from my form but it suddenly went blank. Please confirm this will not happen again if i make the changes again.

I tested your form to ensure that there would not be any further issues with fields being removed and everything looks to be OK on my end.  Though I am not sure what caused the fields to be removed, you should be able to make changes to your form without issue. 

If the fields are randomly removed once again, please let us know and we will forward this to our developers to have a look.

Thank you, how strange (and annoying!) at least I didn't make any major changes that needed doing again.

My conditions have disappeared - I have been working on this form for HOURS and would like all of my changes (everything in the revision history) put back.

Conditions disappearing (as well as the other problem this post was about) has happened to me before and I just grit my teeth and redid everything after the revision point. If I go back to when my conditions deleted themselves today, I forego all the various changes I made since. If the software keeps track of all of it, surely there's a way to have it all back... like a 'Yes please, dump it all, I'll sort through it' option?

Also I see on the forum that conditions disappearing is pretty common - is it being fixed?

I have verified your form and it looks like the conditions are there. I also could not really replicate the issue.

If you can please give us some details on the specific fields/conditions that keep disappearing we should be able to find where the error is and fix it. 

If the software keeps track of all of it, surely there's a way to have it all back...

You can always restore the form to previous changes from revision history.

I would also suggest, if you have a problem with a form please make a clone of it for any modification you might need, because if you edit the form, it becomes a bit difficult for us sometimes to see what was the issue. Cloning the form ensure you have a copy in case an error happens.
