Recover a deleted form and associated data

I have accidentally deleted a form called Network Membership Application and all the associated data from submissions.  Is there a way of retrieving the data at least?  AS it was in Jotform we didn't keep the emails either so recovering this data will be very useful if it can be done.  Thanks.

The website address is below but not the specific URL as the form is one that we will not be using from now on.

If the form was not completely purged from the trash, you can indeed restore it:

If it was fully purged from the trash, unfortunately, the form and its data have been removed from our servers.  We will not be able to restore it if that is the case.
