Is the free Jotform account always cumulative?

i.e.  My account shows 32 submissions out of 100 available, even though I've deleted all the previou  i.e.  My account shows 32 submissions out of 100 available, even though I've deleted all the previous submissions.  That would seem to indicate that a free account is only free until I've accumulated 100 submissions over any given time period.

When I deleted all the previous submissions, it DID seem to show that all the data usage was deleted.  Please help.  We are a non-profit, and we collect grant applications once per year.  This year we collected 36 submissions.  Once they were sent to my Dropbox, I deleted the submissions on Jotform, but as I said it doesn't appear they have totally gone away.

    Hi,

Basically the number of submissions that you have available per Month is not the same as the submissions data on your account. Anytime one of your form is submitted this is counted as one submission and your available submissions are subtracted by one whether you keep the submitted data on the account or not.

You can go to your account setting under 'Usage' to view your Monthly usage.
