    Why images are not showing on the form after upload?

    I'm having image issues that weren't a factor before.  Some of my old image uploads work; some do not.  I get broken links for new images in Chrome, but IE (yuk!) sees them fine.  However, IE can't show the old type. 

    Old & new are a mix of JPG and PNG types.  

    Is there a file type/format that you suggest to work with both browsers?  This issue seems to be restricted to files uploaded via JotForm.

    I noticed that you are hosting images on your website from Google drive. I checked your form and I can see that Google drive is not allowing downloading of images. Google does not allow accessing files directly anymore. You have to view your file through their viewer. There are some workarounds to view those files directly but those workarounds may not work in the future.

    Can I suggest using some other way of embedding images since google is not allowing sharing images directly. I suggest using PhotoBucket for image hosting. You shouldn't have any issues with image embedding from PhotoBucket since it is used for image hosting only.

    The google drive is a workaround I tried (and failed) AFTER messaging you.  As stated, the issue is with photos uploaded to JotForm.

    I did some tests and I couldn't replicate any issue with uploading pictures JPG or PNG format. Can you please try to upload picture to JotForm and if the issue still persists please provide us a screenshot and if it's possible with the picture as well?

    Here's a new upload. Same issue (Chrome on the left, IE on the right).

    I've tried different file types, got rid of transparencies, reduced size, etc.

    I can see that image here. Is this the same image shown in your screenshot? 

    I also tried uploading a huge image within your form but I couldn't reproduce the problem.

    Thanks for the edits...now the header image doesn't show up in either browser.  Obviously, this is not something I should have sought help on. 

    I appreciate the attempt.  I'll figure something out.
