uploaded file not download

    When I try to download the uploaded license.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Does this happen to all of the file uploads on all the submissions on the form https://www.jotform.com/33406202693954

    If the issue only occurs in just one submission, it might be possible that the file is broken or the upload was not completed (internet connection issue perhaps) before the form was submitted. If that's the last submission on your form, can you try making another submission and try to see if you will have the same error when you try to download the upload from your test submission?

    You can also try and ask the submitter to re-submit the form to see if the issue persists.
