Skip to Page Condition not working

We have conditions set up that if a person selects "yes" they continue to the next page.  If they select "no" they skip to the last page. 

After the third page, you can't continue to the next, it is automatically skipping to page 11. 

Can you please take a look at my conditions.  I've gone over them and I think all is set up correctly.

I would suggest you to rearrange the priority order of the conditions and that should fix it. You can drag conditions to place it in order in the condition wizard window. Please see screencast below.
