Can the completed form be send to an email in a TIFF format?

    we are having a patients filling out the forms on our website.  When it is submitted it goes to our email address, however it is not in a downloadable format.  We need it in a PDF or a TIFF in order to upload it into our Practice Management Software.  Is this possible?  If so- please advise.

    If I understood you correctly, you want to add PDF Attachment inside of your Email Notification and then download PDF report from your Email Notification?

    To achieve this you need to check Attach PDF option in Advance Setting of your email Notification.
