If that makes sense....
our form, sicboy order form... the one with over 2000 submissions is the problem. When a customer fills out the form, submits it, then he gets an email with a copy of the form he filled out. If he then relies to it, it goes to the email address email@example.com. This is wrong. It Should go to our main email address, firstname.lastname@example.org.
I can find nowhere in out account where this delnull address is set up.

This is because that email address is on the "Reply-to" settings in the email autoresponder, you should replace that email address with the one where you want to receive your submitter to reply.
