I am not receiving the notifications sent from our form on submission

    Hi there,

    We are not receiving email notification when someone fills out our form. I used your FAQ and the link for your tutorial guide is not working.  I've looked to find the place to put an email for the form notification, and can't find it. 

    I appreciate any help that can be given

    Thank you for letting us know. I have fixed the same link and it should work now for you.

    Now I took a look at your email and I see that it is in our bounce list. This is the reason why it was added to the same:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.1.0 <64.26.60.139> This IP has sent too many
        messages this hour. IB504 

    --D62A622D195.1453826487/fbr04.mfg.siteprotect.com

    I have removed it from the bounce list at this time, but you might need to contact your email service provider to make sure that they do not bounce the emails any further to avoid the same issue.
