Are you using the "Text Format" in your email template?
If so, then you may try following these steps, first go to our old wizard: http://www.jotform.com/?old.
Once you are there, then open the email wizard and cut the text on your email, then paste it and save the changes, go to the new wizard: https://www.jotform.com/myforms?.
Now, you only need to open the email wizard, save the changes and that's all, your email notification should be working fine again.
