    Text not showing up in email

    Are you using the "Text Format" in your email template?

    If so, then you may try following these steps, first go to our old wizard: http://www.jotform.com/?old

    Once you are there, then open the email wizard and cut the text on your email, then paste it and save the changes, go to the new wizard: https://www.jotform.com/myforms?.

    Now, you only need to open the email wizard, save the changes and that's all, your email notification should be working fine again.

    If you have not added custom text to the email, then you may also try deleting and adding once again the email, it should fix the issue as well.
