When I clone my own forms, I keep getting a Form not found This form has been deleted by the owner. Try contacting the owner of this form. error. I have cleared form caches in chrome and jotform, but no joy.Also, often saves take a while to show in preview, is this normal. Thanks

I'm checking my account and can't replicate the problem. May we know how you are cloning your forms? Are you using the "Clone Form" button as mentioned in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account
I also tried cloning the form using the form URL as mentioned here: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
But I did not get any errors.
If it is possible, perhaps you can create a simple test form for us, and we'll try cloning it directly in your account to see if we can recreate the problem. Apologies for the inconvenience.
