    Yes, it is possible to add a logo or any image in your form. Simply follow the steps below.

    1. On your form builder, click the Form Tools tab and click Image.

    2. An image wizard will appear where you can either enter the URL of the image or upload it directly from your computer. Select which option you would like and click Next. Click Upload or Save Image to finish the upload.
