My Website is extremely slow after embedding my form

My website is extremely slow after embedding my jotform into my website. I have deleted the form and the website runs great. I re-embedded it so that you could help me. The form is in the footer. What is causing these issues?

I see that the form is embedded using Javascript embed method on your website which may be causing conflicts with other scripts on the site. Could you try embedding the form using iframe embed code to see if that helps? Please refer to the guide below that can help you in getting the iframe embed code for your form.
