Where is the data stored, and what about information privacy?

I'm just wondering about data storage and whether personal information is stored, protected, in what country etc. 

We have several servers world wide.

We use Amazon Web Services. (AWS) and Incero
 
We do store our data on different datacenters in two continents.

-2 datacenters in US

-1 datacenter in Germany

⇒ Data is replicated between these two locations for high availability.

We also use Cloudflare services for backups and further offloading of stress when there are large amounts of data flow.  Both Jotform.com and Jotform.us are also stored within the US.
