    Exporting out the entire form

Asked by lancej on March 22, 2016 at 05:17 PM

We have a Planning Committee where a homeowner fills out one section, then we want to print and have the Planning Committee physically write on the document and return the hard copy to the homeowner.

I have set up the form and made the Planning Committee section Read Only so the homeowner can't fill out. Problem. The email that is send out and the submission only shows the fields the homeowner filled out. We need the entire document to show, including all the sections the homeowner doesn't fill out and all the HTML boxes with the horizontal lines too for writing on too.

Is there a way to do this?

The form I created is here: https://form.jotform.com/60775257968170

    Thank you.

You need to uncheck the Auto Hide Empty Fields option in the Submissions section.

Select the form, open submissions settings and un-check the Auto Hide Empty Fields option.

Please let us know if this works for you.
