Notifier and autoresponder emails are coming in blank, despite the information being logged on Jotform submissions

    Can you please provide us with the name and the URL of the form where you encountered this issue? This would help us investigate your issue further.

    In the meantime, I would suggest deleting the old notification and autoresponder, then creating a new one to fix the issue. Here are a couple of guides that may help:
