My form is not working

    Hello, My form is showing as locked, I don't know what is going on, even a template was doing the same thing

    It appears that your account was auto-suspended by our phishing detector due to a violation of jotform's terms. Please note that collecting sensitive information such as login credentials or passwords is not allowed in Jotform.

    "Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials."

    To lift the suspension, I would suggest removing the user and password field in your Boosting Registration form and refrain from adding such fields again.

    Let us know once the password field has been removed.
