Android shows "sad face" emoticon after submitting.

Someone got a "sad face" emoticon after submitting through an android phone.
In other words...submitting fails.
Was able to reproduce (Android 5.0.1)..see attachement.

On PC it works fine.
Anyone any idea what should cure this ?
tweaks/settings ? Am I overlooking something ?

Is the form embedded on your website when this happens?

I have cloned your form into my account and tested it on Android (Samsung Galaxy), and it submitted without any issues:

If the problem is happening on a form that is embedded onto your website, please let us know a link to the page where the form is located, and we will be happy to test if it is working on Android devices, or if there is something wrong with it.

Without seeing the page in question, I would only recommend re-embedding your form with our iFrame embed codes, to help prevent conflicts between the form and your website:

If that doesn't resolve the issue, please let us know where the form is embedded and we'll be happy to check further.
