I cannot find my template

You sent me a link, but when I click it there is no template. I have made a template for my form three different times and I cannot find it when I look for it. Please help!

Please be noted that all the templates submitted will be reviewed by our team and the templates may have been removed or not published if not found relevant. I have checked the link provided by our colleague and see that there are no templates listed. Could you provide us with the form ID/URL that you have created and submitted as a template, so that we will try to locate the form template.
