    Not receiving emails regarding form submission

    We made no changes to our form and all of a sudden it stopped sending us emails with the form fill data.... is this a jotform issue? 

    I checked the settings and everything looks good.

    Please let me know how to fix.

    I checked your form and seems like you have properly set your email notifier, I also checked the email log for your address and seems like some emails where not delivered, however, I see that new emails are being sent:

    Please, check your Junk and Spam folders, emails notifications should be there, if you are using our default sender email addresses you might whitelist our IP addresses: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Do get back to us if the issue still persists even after whitelisting our IPs.
