How do I set the time zone when creating a deadline for the form?

I want a form to close at a certain time and the time zone is different from the one where I am using my computer to create the form. How can I be sure the time will be correct for a different time zone when I set the form limits under Preferences?  Thank you.

Expiration Date Limit is based on your profile's Timezone. If you need to set your timezone, you can do this on the Account menu, then selecting the Settings category. There you will find the Timezone field.
