    Unable to receive submission notifier

    I haven't received a submission notifier email in the last 24 hours.

    I'm getting paypal notifications and the submissions are appearing in the report for download.

    Can you help please

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I checked your email address destecroix@blueyonder.co.uk and I see the notifications failed to send there.

     

    I did clone your form and tried to replicate the problem, but I was able to successfully made a test transaction and receive an email notification.

    Have you tried make a test submission, you don't need to complete the payment in Paypal's gateway, you can just click "Complete" in the "Incomplete Payment" submissions and it should trigger the notification to be sent.

    If you are still unable to receive the notification, please try following the steps mentioned here: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Setup-Email-Alerts-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
